Four minutes inside the packhouse at peak harvest

In January the packhouse never stops. Fruit arrives from the orchard in the morning and has to be cold before the day ends: that is the whole equation, and it is not open to debate.
I filmed this run to show what is almost never seen: the receiving dock, the sorting line, the cooling tunnel and the container loading. Four minutes, no long cuts and no music.
What I want people to notice is how many hands are still needed. That is why the project with Universidad del Bío-Bío starts with transport and palletising, and not with the flashy part.
